Tycer, Barrilleaux and Assoc., dated January 5, 1979, attached to a partition in COB 475 Page 162 of the Conveyance Records of Tangipahoa Parish and which map is actually a COB 475 Page 174, which is made a part hereof by reference. These tracts together are more particularly described as: Commencing at a point which is 738 feet North 25 degrees West and 115.11 feet South 89 degrees 00 minutes West of the Southwest corner of Section 46; thence South 89 degrees 00 minutes West 133.45 feet; thence North 25 degrees 00 minutes West 439.91 feet; thence North 45 degrees 00 minutes East 129.8 feet; thence South 25 degrees 00 minutes East 595.58 feet to the Point of Beginning. |
