All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Borough of Brooklyn, County of Kings, City and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of East 43rd Street, distant 95’-6” southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of East 43rd Street with the southerly side of Lenox Road;

RUNNING THENCE westerly parallel with Lenox Road and part of the distance through a garage party wall, 128’-3/8”; THENCE southerly 25’- ¼”; THENCE easterly, parallel with Lenox Road and part of the distance through a party wall, 127’-1/2” to the westerly side of East 43rd Street; and THENCE northerly along the westerly side of East 43rd Street, 25’ to the point or place of BEGINNING.
