Under the authority in Internal Revenue Code section 6331, the property described below has been seized for nonpayment of internal revenue taxes due from Taxpayer. The property will be sold at public auction as provided by Internal Revenue Code section 6335 and related regulations.

Title Offered: Only the right, title and interest of the Taxpayer in and to the property will be offered for sale. If requested, the Internal Revenue Service will furnish information about possible encumbrances, which may be useful in determining the value of the interest being sold.
 
Description of Property: Single family home with approximately 1298 square feet, located in Covington, Tipton County, Tennessee.

Legal Description: Beginning at a found monument in the Northwest corner of the J. G. Baddour Property as recorded in Deed Book 196, Page 83, also being the Northeast corner of Cecil Jones as recorded in Deed Book 207, Page 241 and in the South R.O.W. line of West Pleasant Street; thence Northeastwardly along the South R.O.W. line of West Pleasant Street (having a 30 foot wide R.O.W.), N 87 degrees 03’ 00” E, 65.26 feet to the Northeast corner of this 0.30 acre partition; thence Southeastwardly along the East line of said partition, S 00 degrees 38’ 53” E passing a 6 inch tree on line at 49.96 feet but in all 200.14 feet to a set I.P. being the Southeast corner of said 0.30 acre partition and located in the South line of J.G. Baddour, also being the North line of E. O. Wiseman, Jr. as recorded in Deed Book 494, page 66; thence Southwestwardly along the South line of J.G. Baddour, also being the North line of E.O. Wiseman, Jr., S 88 degree 45’ 00” W, 65.02 feet to a set I.P. being the Southwest corner of J.G. Baddour property, also being the Southeast corner of Cecil Jones in a fence line; thence Northwestwardly along the West line of J. G. Baddour, also being the East line of Cecil Jones, N 00 degrees 38’ 53” W, being adjacently East of a post and wire fence line, 198.21 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.30 acre. The above is according to a survey made by Van E. Boals, dated February 19, 1986 and is a part of the J. G. Baddour property as recorded in Deed Book 196, Page 83, Tipton County Register’s Office.

Being the same property conveyed to the grantor by Deed of Record at Book 1324, Page 496 of the Register’s Office of Tipton County Tennessee
