Agreement to Bid
I, the undersigned, in
consideration of the United States Government offering for public sale the
property described below, agree to bid at least the amount of $172,000.00 for
the property if offered for sale within 120 days from the date of this
agreement.

I authorize the enclosed deposit of $34,400.00 to be applied against the sale price if I am the successful bidder.
I
further understand and agree that if I do not bid at least the amount specified
in this agreement to bid and the property is not sold within the time specified
above for at least such amount, my deposit will be retained pending final
determination of the damages sustained by the Government because of the
default. If damages exceed the amount of the deposit, I will be liable
for the excess damages.
I understand that the Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to withdraw the property from sale.

Field notes describing 1.54 acres of land, beind all of Lot 146, Serenada Country Estates, Unit 1, a subdivision in Williamson County, Texas, recorded in Volume 8, Page(s) 5-11, Plat Records, Williamson County, a portion of Lot 148, of said subdivision, said portion described by Instrument recorded in Document Number 9654435, Official Records, Williamson County, said 1.54 acres of land to be more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe found in the northerly right-of-way line of Serenada Drive, at the southwest corner of Lot 144, of said subdivision, same being the southeast corner of said Lot 146, for the southeast corner hereof;
THENCE South 52 degrees 44 minutes 11 seconds West, along said right-of-way line and the southerly line of said Lot 146, 190.02 feet to an iron rod found in said line, at the common southerly corner of said Lots 146 and 148, for the southwest corner hereof;
