BIDDER REGISTRATION FORM

The Internal Revenue Service may be conducting a public auction in the Alamo,

California area in the very near future. The items that will likely be offered are: Nail polish stations, pedicure stations, facial treatment equipment, washer/dryer units, retail product inventory, clocks, lamps, microwave ovens, styling chairs, dryer chairs, massage tables more.

This sale will be conducted under IRC Section 6336, Perishable Goods. This means that the property will be sold under expedited procedures because the assets will either perish or will lose their value if stored over a period of time. This will be a cash sale and the property must be removed the same day. There will be no minimum bid and the sale will be absolute. We do not charge sales tax or a buyer’s premium.
