SITUATE in District No. 2 of Knox County, Tennessee, and in the 13th Ward of the City of Knoxville and more particularly described as follows:

 

BEING Lot No. 22 of Flora Buffat Parker’s re-subdivision of Lots 19 and 20, J.W. Ramsey’s land, Block 184, shown on corrected map Number B-2290 dated July 18, 1945, on file in the office of the City Engineer of Knoxville, Book 470, pages 140 and 141, being a portion of the same property acquired by Flora Buffat Parker under will of the late Heron Deaderick Parker, and being more specifically described as follows:

 

BEGINNING at an iron pin situated in the westerly line of Lakeside Street and 90 feet from the northwest corner of Lakeside Street and McCalla Avenue, which iron pin is the common corner of this lot and the lot occupied by the Burlington Branch Library; thence in a westerly direction with the north line of said library lot 95.95 feet to an iron pin in the east line of William Kyte; thence in a northerly direction with the east line of said Kyte 60 feet to an iron pin in the south line of a fifteen-foot alley; thence in an easterly direction with the south line of said alley 93 feet to an iron pin at the corner of the alley and Lakeside Street; thence in a southerly direction with the west line of Lakeside Street 55 feet to the point of BEGINNING.  Said lot being now designated as number 105 Lakeside Street.

 

BEING the same property conveyed to Tenncorp Community Services Volunteers, Inc. by deed dated September 23, 1998, of record in Deed Book 2300, page 1148, in the Register’s Office of Knox County, Tennessee.
