To reach the point of beginning, commence at a concrete monument set at the common corner to Sections 1 and 2, Township 16 North, Range 4 East and Sections 42 and 41, Township 17 North, Range 4 East, Warren County, Mississippi, same further marking the Southwest Corner of lands depicted upon the recorded plat of Oakleigh Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in Plat Book 3 at Page 93, Plat Cabinet “A”, Slot 193-B, of the land records of Warren County, Mississippi, same further marking the North line of lands conveyed as Parcel Two within deed executed by Openwood Plantation, Inc. in favor of W. T.
