Mail-In Bid for Judicial Sale

I enclose my payment of $8,000.00 which is at least 10% of the bid, in the form of a cashier’s check or certified check payable to the Clerk of United State District Court of Eastern Louisiana, and I authorize the enclosed payment to be applied against the sale price if I am the successful bidder.  If I am the successful bidder, within thirty (30) days of the date of the sale, I agree to deposit, in certified funds payable to the Clerk of United States District Court of Eastern Louisiana, the balance of the purchase price with Shelia Kuykendall, Property Appraisal and Liquidation Specialist, 12941 I-45 North, Suite 316, Stop 5224HNW, Houston, TX  77060.  I understand that if I do not pay the balance of my bid amount, I will lose my deposit. 

I understand that this mail-in bid must be in auctioneer's possession at the time of sale,  to be included in the sale, with the balance due to be paid in full no later than February 15, 2010.  Mail in bid is due by January 7, 2010.  NOTE: the form of payment and/or bid must comply with the Terms of Payment as stated in the Notice of Public Auction - Judicial Sale.  (DO NOT SEND CASH)
