that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Lowndes County,
Georgia, and more particularly described as being all of lot no. Five (5) in
Block F, of the Diamond Oil Company Subdivision, according to map or plat
survey of said subdivision as recorded in the office of the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Lowndes County, Georgia in Plat Book 1, Page 232, said map or
plat of survey being by due reference made a part hereof;
EXCEPT
that certain 15 foot strip of land along the west side of said lot heretofore
conveyed to the Commissioners of Roads and Revenues of Lowndes County, Georgia,
by warranty deed dated May 11, 1961, and appearing in the public records of
said county in Book 66, Page 194.

Denmark Avenue 100 feet, more or less, and running back North of even width 150
feet, more or less.
