that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of College Park in
Land Lot 61 of the 13th District of Fulton County, Georgia, and more
particularly described as follows:
To
find the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, begin at the intersection of the westerly
right-of-way line of Old National Highway (a/k/a S.R. #279, right-of-way
varies) with the northerly right of way line of Interstate 285 (a/k/a Perimeter
Highway); run thence northerly as measured along the westerly right-of-way line
of Old National Highway 353.47 feet to a point; run thence south 76 degrees 18
minutes 57 seconds west 210.35 feet to a PK nail found; run thence south 11
degrees 56 minutes 32 seconds east 67.93 feet to a ½” rebar found, which point
is the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the property herein described; running thence
from said TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING as thus established south 11 degrees 52
minutes 04 seconds east 160.35 feet to a ¾” rebar found; running thence south
78 degrees 42 minutes 14 seconds west 200.32 feet to a ½” rebar found; running
thence north 11 degrees 46 minutes 05 seconds west 160.04 feet to a PK nail
found in asphalt; running thence north 78 degrees 37 minutes 00 seconds east
200.04 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; and being known as 4887 Old National
Highway, according to the present system of numbering property in the City of
College Park, Fulton County, Georgia.
The
above-described property is more particularly shown and delineated on survey
for Helen Oluchi Oraeki by
W. T. Dunahoo and Associates, bearing the seal of W.
T. Dunahoo, G.R. L. S. #1577, dated 2/24/2009.
And
being the same property described in Exhibit “A” to that certain deed recorded
in Deed Book 38087, Page 223,
