EXHIBIT “A  LEGAL DESCRIPTION

 

 

-PARCEL FIRST:-

All of that certain parcel of land (being portion(s) of the land(s)described in and covered by Land Patent Grant Number 4616 to Mary E. Clark) situate, lying and being on the northwest side of Government Road at Wahiawa, District of Wahiawa, City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii, being LOT 23 and thus bounded and described:

 

Beginning at the East corner of this lot, being also the South corner of Lot 24 and on the northwest side of Government Road, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to a 3-inch pipe marking the east

corner of the Clark Tract Addition (File Plan 165) and on the southwest side of Colony Road, being 865.22 feet south and 238.14 feet west and thence running by azimuths measured

clockwise from true South:

 

1.   72° 50'     50.00 feet along the Northwest side of

                        Government Road;

 

 

2.  162° 50'    54.50 feet more or less along Lot 22 to

                        highwater mark of the Wahiawa

                        Reservoir, as determined by an

                        elevation of 844.83 feet above mean

                        sea level;

 

 

 Thence along highwater mark of the Wahiawa Reservoir as

                        determined by an elevation of 844.83

                        feet above mean sea level, the

                        direct azimuth and distance being

                       

3.  243° 31'    50.67 feet;

 

 

4.  342° 50'    62.70 feet more or less along Lot 24 to the

                        point of beginning and containing an

                        area of 2,700 square feet more or

-PARCEL SECOND:-

All of that certain parcel of land (being portion(s) of the land(s)described in and covered by Land Patent Grant Number 4616 to Mary E. Clark) situate, lying and being on the northwest side of Government Road at Wahiawa, District of Wahiawa, City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii, being LOT 24 and thus bounded and described:

 

Beginning at the south corner of this lot, being also the east corner of Lot 23 and on the northwest side of Government Road, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to a 3 inch pipe marking the east corner of the "Clark Tract Addition" (File Plan 165),and on the southwest side of Kamehameha Highway (formerly called Colony Road) being 865.22 feet south and 238.14 feet west, and thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South:

 

1.  162° 50'                62.70  feet more or less along Lot 23 to

highwater mark of the Wahiawa Reservoir, as determined by an elevation of 844.83 feet above mean sea level;

 

 

Thence along highwater mark of the Wahiawa Reservoir, as

determined by an elevation of 844.83 feet above mean sea level, the direct azimuth and distance being

 

2.  253° 23' 30"                     50.00 feet;

 

 

3.  342° 50'                            62.20 feet more or less along Lot 25 to the

northwest side of Government Road;

 

 

4.  72° 50'                              50.00 feet along the northwest side of

Government Road to the point of beginning

and containing an area of 3,250 square

feet, more or less.

 

 

Said above described parcel of land having been acquired by DOUGLAS CHEW KUM TOM, single, as follows:

 

1.      By DEED of DONALD CHEW HOY TOM,  single, DOUGLAS CHEW KUM TOM, single, THEODORE CHEW KONG TOM, single, FRANKLIN CHEW CHAN TOM, single, and CHERYL SAU MUI TOM PARKER, wife of John Sanford Parker, dated December 29, 1987, recorded in Liber 21543 at Page 445; and

 

2.      By DEED of DONALD CHEW HOY TOM, single, dated March 17, 1988, recorded in Liber 21803 at Page 743.
