being LOT 24 and thus bounded and described:
Beginning at the south corner of this lot, being also the east
corner of Lot 23 and on the northwest side of Government Road, the coordinates
of said point of beginning referred to a 3 inch pipe marking the east corner of
the "Clark Tract Addition" (File Plan 165),and
on the southwest side of Kamehameha Highway (formerly called Colony Road) being
865.22 feet south and 238.14 feet west, and thence running by azimuths measured
clockwise from true South:
