Notice of Public Auction Sale
 
Under the authority of Section 7506 of the Internal Revenue Code, the property described below will be sold at public sale. The United States redeemed this property under the provisions of Section 7425 of the Internal Revenue Code, Section 2410, Title 28, United States Code on February 14, 2013. The property was deeded to the United States February 15, 2013. The sale will be held by public auction as follows:

Title Offered: Only the right, title and interest of the Taxpayer in and to the property will be offered for sale. If requested, the Internal Revenue Service will furnish information about possible encumbrances, which may be useful in determining the value of the interest being sold.
 
Description of Property: 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Single-Family Residence - Approximately 1312 Square Feet

Minimum Bid: $50,000.00

The Terms of Payment: A deposit equal to 20 percent of the highest bid on the property is required upon acceptance of the bid. The balance of the purchase price must be paid in full no later than 30 days from the date of sale.
 
Form of Payment: All payments must be by cash, certified check, cashier's or treasurer's check or by a United States postal, bank, express, or telegraph money order. Make check or money order payable to the United States Treasury.
 
NOTE:

If the highest bidder defaults in payment of the bid price, and the property is not sold for a at least the amount of the highest bid, the bidder’s deposit will be retained pending final determination of the damages the Government sustained because of the default. If damages are more than the amount of the bidder’s deposit, the bidder will be liable for the excess damages.

The Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw the property from the sale.
