The West 394.98 feet of the East 810.96 feet of the North 1102.82 feet of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 37, Range 27, Mille Lacs County, Minnesota.

Property is located at 110th Street, Foreston, MN 56630 and consists of 70 acres, more or less, of tillable land currently used for planting and cultivating crops.

Property is subject to the agricultural leasehold agreement, dated 11/9/2011, and recorded on 4/12/2012 with Mille Lacs County Recorderīs Office as Document #A372534.
