1.0 acre tract located in SE/4 of the SE/4 of Section 3, T1S, R3W, Rapides Parish, Louisiana as more fully show on Certificate of Survey by Jerry L. Richey, RLS, dated January 11, 2002, the original of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
