| Legal Description: |
This secluded property is accessed by an easement less than half a mile long across a lake and up a hill to the property entrance. Approximately half of the property is grassy rolling hills with scattered tree cover and a large valley. The other half of the property continues with the rolling hills with the majority of the area being wooded with Spanish oak, shin oak, pecan and post oak cover. There is a small portion of the headwaters to the Lampasas river running through the corner of the property. There is also a spring fed pool and 2 tanks, one is spring fed and is stocked with fish. The property has been on a wildlife management plan and has been receiving Level 1 Managed Lands Deer. |
