Notice of Public Auction Sale

Under the authority contained in section 7505 of the Internal Revenue Code, the property described below will be sold on an open occupancy basis. The United States acquired this property from Richard W. Varner as a result of a distraint sale under provisions of section 6335 of the Internal Revenue Code on November 01, 2011

Description of Property:

Lot 1. 18karat white gold lady’s Elbel Watch (Midnight Collection)
326 full cut diamonds with a total carat weight of 2.43 carats. The gold
weight is 44.85 grams.

Lot 2: 1 14karat yellow gold diamond pendant with one round brilliant
cut diamond mounted in yellow gold bezel and hanging on 19” link
rope chain with ring catch.

Lot 3. One pair of 14karat white gold aquamarine and diamond hand assembled
ear ring. Each diamond consists of 32 diamonds and a pear shaped aqua
on the bottom.

Lot 4. One 18kt (stamped & tested) white gold aquamarine and diamond pendant
and a rounded snake chain with a lobster catch. The aquamarine is
approximately is approximately 30carats. The approximate total weight
is 3.50 carat.

Lot 5. One 14karat white gold lady’s white gold diamond collier with round brilliant
diamond in middle and two baguettes on either side. The approximate gold
weight of the diamond is .96 carat.

Lot 6. One 18kt (stamped and tested) lady’s white gold comtempoary ring with
white and chocolate diamonds, stamped 2500AL, 750. The approximate
weight of the diamonds is .50 carat.

Lot 7. ¾ Length white beaver coat.

Lot 8. Full Length Marco Gionotti mink coat Size 6.

Lot 9. Framed rug (4X4) w/log of “Cleveland Indians World Series 1995”

Lot 10. Framed Golf Putter signed by Ben Curtis in glass case

The Terms of Payment:

Full payment required up acceptance of the highest bid.

Form of Payment:

All payment must be by cash, certified, cashier´s or treasurer´s check drawn on any bank or trust company incorporated under the laws of the United States. Payment may also be made by any United States Postal, bank, express or telegraph money order. Make check or money order payable to the United States Treasury. A certificate of Sale of Personal Property will be issused upon receipt of payment.
If the highest bidder defaults in payment of the bid price, and the property is not sold for at least the amount of the highest bid, the bidder’s deposit will be retained pending final determination of the damages the Government sustained because of the bidder’s default. If damages exceed the amount of the deposit, the bidder will be liable for the excess damages.
The Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw the property from sale.
