Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Tax Lot 10 thence West to the Northwest corner of said tax lot 10 then North 4 feet thence East to a point 4feet due North of the point of beginning then south 4 Feet to the point of beginning and Tax Lot 7 in the SE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 18, Township 24 North, Range 4 West of the 6th P.M., Tilden Madison County, Nebraska, excepting the West 130 Feet thereof.
