Under the authority in Internal Revenue Code section 6331, the property described below has been seized for nonpayment of internal revenue taxes due from Taxpayer. The property will be sold at public auction as provided by Internal Revenue Code section 6335 and related regulations.

Description of Property: Real Estate in Polk County Arkansas located in the City of Mena, which consists of an uninhabited house located at 705 9th Street, Mena AR 71953

Legal Description: Tract #1 – Thirty-five (35) feet off the South side of Lot Three (3) in Block Sixty-four (64) of the Original Townsite of the City of Mena, Polk County, Arkansas, as per the recorded Plat therof, on file in the office of the recorder of Deeds of said County. Subject to any public utility and roadway easements or City Land use ordinances that may now exist.

Tract #2 – The Northwest fifteen (15) feet of Lot Three (3) in Block Sixty-four (64) of the Original Townsite of the City of Mena, Polk County, Arkansas, as per the recorded Plat thereof, on file in the office of the recorder of Deeds of Said County. Subject to any public utility and roadway easements or City Land use ordinances that may now exist.
