Only the right, title and interest of the Taxpayer in and to the property will be offered for sale. If requested, the Internal Revenue Service will furnish information about possible encumbrances, which may be useful in determining the value of the interest being sold. |

| Description of Property: |
The Promissory Note Secured by Deed of Trust and Deed of Trust dated August 5,2005 and recorded September 6, 2005 (doc #20051296584 and amended in #20080327628) between Beneficiary and Trustor, for payment of $1,275,000.00. Said Deed of Trust has been paid down and is valued at $936,286.52 as of 5/31/2012. The Trustor of the Deed of Trust has defaulted in payment when due, therefore the whole sum of principal and interest is immediately due at the option of the holder of this note. The Note is secured by a Deed of Trust dated August 5, 2005, upon real property. The real property encumbered by the Deed of Trust is parcel #502-59-005-G, as listed with the Maricopa County Assessor, which is approximately 113 acres vacant land located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and is currently intended for use as a rock and mining operation. |
