Legal Description: A parcel of land lying in Section 22, Township 23 South, Range 36 East, in Brevard County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the Northwest corner of the Northeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of said Section 22, and run S. 00(degrees)03’06”W., along the West line of the East ½ of the Southeast ¼, a distance of 905.37 feet: thence run N. 89(degrees)21’03”E., parallel with the North line of the Northeast ¼, a distance of 399.15 feet, to a point on the center line of a 50 foot more or less wide canal, said point being the point of beginning; thence continue N.89(degrees)21’03” E., parallel with the aforesaid North line, a distance of 261.64 feet, to a point on the East line of the West ½ of the East ½ of the Southeast ¼ run S. 00(degree)00’14” E., along said East line, a distance of 1444.93 feet, to a point on the centerline of Crisafulli Road; thence return to the Point of Beginning, and run S. 00(degree)00’14” E., along the centerline of the aforesaid canal, a distance of 1458.63 feet to a point on the centerline of Crisafulli Road; thence run Northeasterly along the said centerline, a distance to an intersection with the second course of this description; subject to the right of way of Crisafulli Road and all other easements and rights of way of record, containing 8.7 acres, more Subject to an Agreement to Maintain a Canal System for Control of Water Level recorded in 0.R. Book 19189 Page 218 and the Attachment as recorded in Survey Book 2, Page 111, all of the public records of Brevard County, Florida.
