Under the authority in Internal Revenue Code section 6331, the property described below has been seized for nonpayment of internal revenue taxes due from Taxpayer. The property will be sold at public auction as provided by Internal Revenue Code section 6335 and related regulations.

Legal Description: A certain lot situated in the City of Montgomery, State of Alabama, beginning at the Southwest corner of South McDonough and Grove Streets, thence South along the West side of South McDonough Street fifty-nine (59) feet, thence West one hundred ten (110) feet, more or less, thence North fifty-nine (59) feet, to Grove Street, thence East one hundred ten (110) feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, being No. 600 South McDonough Street.

This being the same property conveyed to Susan G. James and Jeffery C. Duffey from Malone N. Pilgrim by warranty deed recorded at the Montgomery County Judge of Probate Office in Montgomery, Alabama on November 17th, 1987 and recorded in real property book 918 at page 0654.
