This being the same property conveyed to Susan G. James and Jeffery C. Duffey from Malone N. Pilgrim by warranty deed recorded at the Montgomery County Judge of Probate Office in Montgomery, Alabama on November 17th, 1987 and recorded in real property book 918 at page 0654. |
