Description of Property: 2-story residential duplex built in 1929. Each unfurnished unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as a refrigerator and stove. Unit one contains 1151 sq ft and Unit two contains 883 sq ft of living area. There is no attic. There is a crawl space foundation. There is no garage or any other car storage. At last inquiry rents were on a month to month basis and totaled $500/mo for the two units.
