| The Terms of Payment: |
Bids must be accompanied by 50 percent of the starting bid for the respective parcel. On acceptance of the highest bid, the balance due, if any will be Deferred as follows: Payment of remaining balance of winning bids must be made in full by January 31, 2013. |

All payments must be by cash, certified check, cashier's or treasurer's check or by a United States postal, bank, express, or telegraph money order. Make check or money order payable to the United States Treasury. |
