Legal Description: All that lot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in Charleston County, South Carolina, and known and designated as Lot 24, Block 27, as shown on a plat of Pepperhill #3, which plat is recorded in Plat Book V at Page 88, in the R.M.C. Office for Charleston County, reference to which is hereby made for a fuller and more complete description.

BEING the same property conveyed to the grantor, herein by Charles H. Lucado be deed dated November 12, 1976 and recorded in the R.M.C. Office for Charleston County in Book W110, page 381 on November 15, 1976.

BEING the same property conveyed to First Liberty National Bank by Charleston County Delinquent Tax Collector be deed dated December 30, 2003 and recorded in the R.M.C. Office for Charleston County in Book J481 page 560 on January 14, 2004.

Being the same property conveyed to Mooring Tax Asset Group LLC by First Liberty National Bank by deed dated April 5, 2004 and recorded in the R.M.C. Office for Charleston County in Book T504 page 430 recorded on August 5, 2004.
