Under the authority in Internal Revenue Code section 6331, the property described below has been seized for nonpayment of internal revenue taxes due from Taxpayer. The property will be sold at public auction as provided by Internal Revenue Code section 6335 and related regulations.

Title Offered: Only the right, title and interest of the Taxpayer in and to the property will be offered for sale. If requested, the Internal Revenue Service will furnish information about possible encumbrances, which may be useful in determining the value of the interest being sold.
 
Description of Property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with any improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the City of Orangeburg, County of Orangeburg, State of South Carolina, more particularly shown and delineated on a plat prepared for Paul Ross by Edisto Surveyors, Inc. and approved by A.R. Parlier, Jr., RLS, dated April 23, 1993 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Orangeburg County in Plat Book 72-S, at page 391 and being bounded on the North by Dantzler Street for a distance of 98.95 feet; on the East by Wilson Street for a distance of 215.71 feet; on the South by Carolina Street for a distance of 76.04 feet; and on the West by lands now or formerly of W. E. Atkinson, II for a distance of 97.48 feet and lands now or formerly of A. D. Walters for a distance of 98.76 feet.
This being the same property conveyed to David B. Blalock by deed recorded September 30, 1998 in Deed Book 721 Page 87 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Orangeburg County, South Carolina.
