Under the authority in Internal Revenue Code section 6331, the property described below has been seized for nonpayment of internal revenue taxes due from Taxpayer. The property will be sold at public auction as provided by Internal Revenue Code section 6335 and related regulations.

The Terms of Payment: Full payment required on acceptance of highest bid.
 
Form of Payment: All payments must be by cash, certified check, cashier´s or treasurer´s check or by a United States postal, bank, express, or telegraph money order. Make check or money order payable to the United States Treasury.
 
BID NOTE:

The sale of each truck is subject to past due registration fee owed to California Department of Motor Vehicles (see list of encumbrances for fees owed). The fees owed DMV have been discounted from the fair market value of each truck. Successful bidder(s) will be given one hour to go to a local bank to obtain additional funds for each winning bid. Also, successful bidder(s) will be given a Certificate of Seized Property Sale for each truck plus Odometer Reading Statements to present to CA DMV for transfer of title.

There is no redemption (reclaim) period for this personal property sale. Buyer is not responsible for paying the liens. Only past due & current DMV fees.
