Description of Property: 3BR, 1BA, 1025 sq. ft. home on 1 acre - assessed at $91,100
 
Legal Description: All that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon and the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being in the long mountain magisterial district, Campbell County, Virginia, containing 1 acre, described according to a plat thereof, by John D Jacobs, dated April 15, 1972, attached to this deed as follows, to wit:

Beginning at a point in the dividing line between the property hereby conveyed and the property designated “Jimmy Blanks” on said plat, which point is located S 88 19’E. 57.8 feet from a stake in rockpile shown on said plat and running thence with said dividing line S. 88 19’E. 32 8.24 feet to iron set; thence N. 13 5’ W 273.95 feet to an iron set; thence S. 46 W 369.93 feet to the point of beginning, together with the right and easement, in common with others who may now have or hereafter acquire a like right to use as a right of way for the purpose of ingress and egress to the real estate herein described a road 20 feet in wifth as shown upon the attached plat as “acess road” leading from the northeasterly line of u.s. route 501 to the property herein above described.

To redeem the property under (Section 7425(d) of the Internal Revenue Code or Section 2410 of Title 28 of the United States Code), the Internal Revenue Service must obtain a written agreement to bid, secured by a deposit of 20% of the amount of the bid. The deposit should be made payable to the ´United States Treasury Department´ in the form of a cashier´s check or certified check, a bank or postal money order, a certificate of deposit, or an irrevocable letter of credit. If redeemed, the property will be sold pursuant to Section 7506 of the Internal Revenue Code subject to any prior outstanding mortgages, encumbrances, or other liens that may be superior to the lien of the United States. Agreements to bid must be accompanied by the required deposit.
