This vehicle is subject to payoff past due California DMV fees in the amount of approximately $1,550 (this date) by winning bidder to obtain free & clear title to the vehicle. This is a cash only sale transaction. No time will be given to registered bidders to go to the bank to obtain additional funds after the auction. Please bring the full amount of your expected winning bid amount in the form of a cashiers check made payable to the US Treasury or cash. The car may not be used as collateral to obtain a loan.
