Under the authority in Internal Revenue Code section 6331, the property described below has been seized for nonpayment of internal revenue taxes due from Taxpayer. The property will be sold at public auction as provided by Internal Revenue Code section 6335 and related regulations.

The property is on a 46´ X 70´ lot with a front and rear black
top parking lot. The property was built in 2006.

Common, by Deed from Devon Davis, dated April 14, 2005 and recorded on May 06, 2005 in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia on Book 5017, at Page 7193.
