Under the authority in Internal Revenue Code section 6331, the property described below has been seized for nonpayment of internal revenue taxes due from Taxpayer. The property will be sold at public auction as provided by Internal Revenue Code section 6335 and related regulations.

Title Offered: Only the right, title and interest of the Taxpayer in and to the property will be offered for sale. If requested, the Internal Revenue Service will furnish information about possible encumbrances, which may be useful in determining the value of the interest being sold.
 
Description of Property: TRACT 1:

Lots numbered five (5) and six (6) of the revised Plat of tract A of Tract 2 of Skyline Subdivision in the NE quarter of the NE quarter of Section 33, Township 41N, Range 17W in Morgan County, Missouri. The above Plat is recorded in Plat Book 1958 Page 61 of records of the Recorder of Deeds, Morgan County, Missouri.

TRACT 2:

Lot numbered seven (7) of the revised Plat of Tract A of Tract 2 of Skyline Subdivision in the NE quarter of the NE quarter of Section 33, Township 41N, Range 17W in Morgan County, Missouri. The above Plat is recorded in Plat Book 1958 Page 61 of the records of the Recorder of Deeds, Morgan County, Missouri. Also an easement across Lot One (1) of the same survey plat, the easement to be three (3) feet in width lying next to lot number Two (2) of the same plat, also twenty (20) feet in width along the lakefront and sixteen (16) feet in depth the same being on Lot One (1) of the plat above referred to, and measured from the Northwest corner of said Lot One (1). Subject to easements and restrictions of record.

Property consists of a 2-story main house and a guest house near the Lake of the Ozarks; Parcels #15-8.0-33-100-002-013.000 and #015.000
