Being a parcel of land containing 1 acre, more or less, and shown as Lot #4 on a plan entitled “Sugar Ledge in Fayston and Warren Vermont,” prepared by Paul Bigelow, dated 1966, which are all and the same land and premises conveyed to Russ B. Winters and Edna C. Winters Joint Revocable Living Trust, under date of February 28, 1995, by Warranty Deed of Russ B. Winters and Edna C. Winters, dated April 14, 1995, and recorded in Volume 108, Pages 285-287 of the Warren Land Records. Also being all and the same land and premises conveyed to Russ B. Winters and Edna C. Winters by Warranty Deed of Lawrence R. Poitras and Lucien E. Poitras, dated November 18, 1988, and recorded in Volume 87, Page 589, of the Warren Land Records.
Also being all and the same land and premises conveyed to Lawrence R. Poitras and Lucien E. Poitras by Warranty Deed of Hutchinson DuBosque, dated January 26, 1972, and recorded in Volume 35, Page 460-463, of the Warren Land Records.
