Under the authority of Section 7506 of the Internal Revenue Code, the property described below will be sold at public sale. The United States redeemed this property under the provisions of Section 7425 of the Internal Revenue Code, Section 2410, Title 28, United States Code on July 10, 2012. The property was deeded to the United States on November 8, 2012. The sale will be held by public auction as follows:

The Terms of Payment: A deposit equal to 20 percent of the highest bid on the property is required upon acceptance of the bid. The remaining balance must be paid no later than March 28, 2013.
 
Form of Payment: All payment must be by cash, certified, cashier´s or treasurer´scheck drawn on any bank or trust company incorporated under the laws of theUnited States. Payment may also be made by any United States Postal, bank,express or telegraph money order. Make check or money order payable to theUnited States Treasury.
 
If the highest bidder defaults in payment of the bid price, and the property is not sold for a at least the amount of the highest bid, the bidder´s deposit will be retainedpending final determination of the damages the Government sustained because of the default. If damages are more than the amount of the bidder’s deposit, the bidder will be liable for the excess damages.

The Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw the property from the sale.
