Under the authority in Internal Revenue Code section 6331, the property described below has been seized for nonpayment of internal revenue taxes due from Taxpayer. The property will be sold at public auction as provided by Internal Revenue Code section 6335 and related regulations.

All furnishings and accessories of Bed and Breakfast facility to include but not limited too eight (8) completely furnished bedrooms; antique wardrobes; dining room tables, chairs, antique tables, occasional chairs, living room furniture, curios, office furniture, office supplies, kitchen equipment, silver, china, crystal, paintings by Susan Wilds, Harvey prints, Knabe Square Grand Piano from 1890 and all other assets associated with a Bed and Breakfast facility.
