Property release may begin at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 14, 2011 once final payment has been received and IRS has approved the bidder. Warehouse hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - noon and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. EST. Buyers should be in line by 3:30 p.m. EST in order to complete their property release. Property can be Picked up Starting on Thursday, July 14, 2011 and must be completed by July 21, 2011. A $5000 Deposit is due for balances over $5000 on DAY OF SALE.
