There is a fence surrounding most of the property. Utilities to do not appear to be available. The land is east of Del Rio, TX just to the south of US Highway 90. It is located at the eastern terminus of Railway Avenue. A portion of the tract has a small 30' strip along the south side of the Union Pacfic rail line right-of-way.
