FFB holdings of obligations issued, sold or guaranteed by other Federal agencies totaled $31.8 billion on September 30, 2006, posting an increase of $2,034.3 million from the level on August 31, 2006. This net change was the result of increases in net holdings of agency debt of $2,097.9 million and in net holdings of government-guaranteed loans of $123.7 million, and a decrease in holdings of agency assets of $187.3 million. The FFB made 45 disbursements and received 2 prepayments during the month of September. |
