Gary H. Burner, Manager, Federal Financing Bank (FFB) announced the following activity for the month of April 2007. FFB holdings of obligations issued, sold or guaranteed by other Federal agencies totaled $29.7 billion on April 30, 2007, posting a decrease of $210.1 million from the level on March 31, 2007. This net change was the result of a decrease in net holdings of government-guaranteed loans of $210.1 million. The FFB made 25 disbursements and received 1 prepayment during the month of April. The FFB also extended the maturities of 130 loans guaranteed by the Rural Utilities Service (“RUS”) during the month. |
