For several years, the IRS has been conducting an annual employee survey to obtain feedback on a wide range of workplace issues. The annual employee survey measures employee engagement via an 11-question index. |

IRS recently revised the annual survey to be comparable with the Federal Human Capital Survey conducted by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) every other year. IRS’ goal is to be in the 95th percentile of all large agencies. This target will self-adjust as OPM releases its survey results. |
