The Office of
Foreign assets Control has issued
License Application Guidelines for Exports to
Iraq  of
medicine, health supplies, foodstuffs, and
materials and supplies for essential civilian
needs of the Iraqi population under the
“Oil-for-Food” program (
UNSC Resolution 986
). OFAC has also updated its list of
authorized service providers under the
Cuban assets Control Regulations.
