Notice for TSRA License Holders and Applicants: PDF icon

On March 12, 2008, Future Bank B.S.C. and all its branch offices were designated pursuant to Executive Order 13382 of June 28, 2005, “Blocking Property of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferators and Their Supporters.” 

This designation blocks all property and interests in property of Future Bank B.S.C., covers all its offices worldwide, and prohibits U.S. persons from engaging in any transactions, directly or indirectly, with this bank. Even if you are holding a valid OFAC license authorizing the exportation or reexportation of agricultural commodities, medicine or medical devices to Iran or Sudan, and even if such license authorizes payment terms or trade financing involving letters of credit issued by Iranian banks, as of March 12, 2008, you are no longer permitted to engage in any transactions, directly or indirectly, with Future Bank B.S.C.
