The Federal Career Intern Program (FCIP) - is designed to help agencies recruit and attract exceptional individual into a variety of occupations and is intended for positions at grade levels GS-5, 7, and 9. In general, individuals are appointed to 2-year internships. Upon successful completion of the internships, the interns may be eligible for permanent placement.

Duration:

2-year internship – upon successful completion may be eligible for permanent placement

Eligibility Requirements :

Those who have diverse professional experiences, academically backgrounds, and/or relevant skills are eligible for the program. The program is not restricted to students. Career intern appointments may be made at any time during the year.

Application Materials: Cover letter (including dates of availability & areas of interest), resume, and a copy of official or unofficial transcripts.
