1. (NEW 9-30-2008) Changes are proposed in Form S and instructions, to be effective beginning with reports as-of March 2009. For details, see the "NOTICE of Proposed Revisions" at the top of the s-form webpage. The Federal Register Notice of September 2008 invites comments from the public on the proposed changes. Written comments should be received on or before November 24, 2008 to be assured of consideration.



2. (June 2008) Changes are proposed in Form D and instructions, to be effective beginning with reports as-of March 2009. For details, see the "NOTICE of Proposed Revisions" at the top of the d-form webpage.



3. (June 2008) The TIC list of Foreign Official Institutions has been updated. It is effective for all TIC reports, beginning with reports as of June 2008.
