Forms and Instructions are available for the annual survey
SHCA(2009):
U.S. Ownership of Foreign Securities, including Selected
Money Market Instruments, as of December 31, 2009. It is
effective for the report as of December 31, 2009. Entities
required to report will be contacted individually by the
Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Entities not contacted
by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York have no reporting
responsibilities. [The panel will include those data reporters
who were on the annual 2007 and 2008 SHCA panels.]
(4-22-2009) The Forms and
Instructions are available for the benchmark survey SHL(2009):
Foreign-Residents' Holdings of U.S. Securities, including
Selected Money Market Instruments, as of June 30, 2009.
It is effective for the report as of June 30, 2009. All
U.S. Entities that can report significant holdings are required
to report -- see the Federal Register Notice dated 4/22/2009,
and the section "Who Must Report" in the instructions.
(4-3-2009) OMB approved
the final draft of the S-form and instructions (see
"NOTICE" at the top of the S-form webpage), and the final draft of the D-form and
instructions (see
"NOTICE" at the top of the D-form webpage). The final
versions of both forms are available, and were effective beginning
with reports as-of March 2009.
