Forms & Instructions


WHAT'S NEW:

  1. (NEW 8-18-2010) The Draft new TIC Form SLT "U.S. and Foreign Resident Aggregate Holdings of Long-Term Securities" and the instructions are available. The Federal Register Notice of August 18 invites comments during the period August 18-October 18, 2010. The proposed form will be effective for the report as of June 30, 2011.


  2. (NEW 6-10-2010) The Forms and Instructions are available for the annual survey SHLA(2010): Foreign-Residents' Holdings of U.S. Securities, including Selected Money Market Instruments, as of June 30, 2010. It is effective for the report as of June 30, 2010. Entities required to report will be contacted individually by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Entities not contacted by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York have no reporting responsibilities.


  3. (REVISED March 12, 2010) For B forms filers, the Q & As have been updated: (1) A#7 is updated; (2) D#16 is further clarified; and (3) G#5 is new.
