MEMORANDUM FOR JAMES A. WILLIAMS
DIRECTOR OF PROCUREMENT
INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE
FROM: Pamela J. Gardiner /s/ Pamela J. Gardiner
Deputy Inspector General for Audit
SUBJECT: Audit of Selected Final Vouchers for TIRNO-95-D-00065
In response to your request, the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) examined selected final vouchers to determine the allowable cost and fee under the contract. The DCAA reviewed the accounting records and financial operating procedures to obtain reasonable assurance about whether or not the data and records are free of material misstatement.
In summary, the DCAA report indicated that the final vouchers for selected delivery orders issued under the prime contract (TIRNO-95-D-00065) are acceptable for processing. The claimed costs and fees were considered allowable under the contract.
