            Enterprise Business Solutions

Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) is a division of the Office of Management under the Office of the Chief Information Officer, within the Departmental Offices (DO) bureau. EBS operates as a Shared Service Provider and a designated HR line of Business (HRLOB) offering shared and scalable products, platforms and services across the Federal landscape. EBS takes pride in maintaining strong internal and external partnerships to create, implement, and operate information technology applications and solutions.
Mission
To address common operational needs and imperatives of the US Treasury and other Federal agencies in an efficient and innovative manner through shared, scalable, best-practices-based online solutions.

 

Vision
We can achieve our Mission by building capabilities in three distinct areas:
  • Shared Solutions:  The design and operation of shared “one-to-many” solutions that drive down costs, improve service, and provide new functional capabilities desired by our customers.
  • Customer-centric Solutions:  The delivery of applications, web-based experiences, and IT services that meet customer expectations for features, performance, and cost.
  • Shared Foundation:  The management of a portfolio of functional knowledge, technical skills, creative user experience design, and reusable digital components that, when brought together, enables innovation with less and maximizes return on investment in these solutions.

EBS offers its customers a variety of services available through four distinct product suites:

  • HR Connect Product Suite – An OPM HR Line of Business Shared Service Center, offering full Human Capital Lifecycle IT/Payroll solutions across the Federal space.
  • Enterprise Content Management  – The preferred Treasury content/collaboration platform; provides content/document management, and intranet portals.
  • Enterprise Data Management – A business intelligence platform that aggregates data from multiple systems to help analysts use data assets to measure and influence organizational performance.
  • Digital Services – Leverages Workplace.gov Community Cloud to provide agile, cost-effective and secure hosting services at the FISMA Moderate/FedRAMP level.
