From said point of beginning, thence due East along an old fence for 307 feet to an iron pin; thence S 3 degrees 48 minutes West for 421.5 feet; thence Northwesterly along a fence for 302 feet to the East side of an old road; thence Northerly along said old road for 398 feet to the point of beginning, being in Section 28, T-17-W, R-16-E; Lowndes County, Mississippi, containing 2.8 acres, more or less.
