Excepting therefrom the ´Retained Lot´, containing the residence of Julie Augeri with 7.43 acres more or less, as described in a Partial Release of Mortgage, Schedule A, dated December 23, 2014, and recorded at Book 267, Pages 390 to 391. Further excepting the parcel known as Lot 3 Harvey Rd, Durham, CT as described in a Warranty Deed dated January 20th, 2011, and recorded at Book 247, Pages 783 to 784, containing 4.0 acres more or less. |
