Legal Description: ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with any improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the County of Aiken, S10.te. of South Carolina, being shown and designated as LOT NO. 27, RUNS CREEK, as shown on that plat dated march 19, 1990, made by Ayer, Graham and Associates, Inc., for T. E. Mixon, recorded in Plat Book 23, at Page 170-172, RMC for Aiken County, and being further shown on that certain individual plat dated March 5, 1999 made by William H. McKie, III, RLS, for Rotasha Jackson, recorded in Book 993 at Page 172. Reference being made to said plats for a more complete description of the metes, bounds, distances, and location of said property.

The Terms of Payment: Deferred payment as follows: 20% due on date of sale upon acceptance of highest bid, with balance due by May 12, 2021.
 
Form of Payment: All payments must be by cash, a certified, cashierís, or treasurerís check drawn on any bank or trust company incorporated under the laws of the United States or under the laws of any State, Territory, or possession of the United States, or by a United States postal, bank, or express money order. Make check or money order payable to the United States Treasury.
 
Members of the public attending the auction are prohibited from carrying/possessing a firearm(s) at the auction, even if carrying/possessing a firearm(s) is otherwise permitted under state or local law. The term 'firearm' means any weapon (including a starter gun) which will or is designed to or may readily be converted to expel a projectile by the action of an explosive.
