The Terms of Payment: Deferred payment as follows: 20% of the successful bid within two hours of the sale, and remaining funds are to be submitted to the PALS listed below no later than July 12, 2018.
 
Form of Payment: All payments must be by cash, certified, cashierís or treasurerís check drawn on any bank or trust company incorporated under the laws of the United States or under the laws of any State, Territory, or possession of the United States, or by a United States postal, bank, or express money order. Make check or money order payable to the United States Treasury.
