Under the authority in Internal Revenue Code section 6331, the property described below has been seized for nonpayment of internal revenue taxes due from Taxpayer. The property will be sold at public auction as provided by Internal Revenue Code section 6335 and related regulations.

Title Offered: Only the right, title and interest of the Taxpayer in and to the property will be offered for sale. If requested, the Internal Revenue Service will furnish information about possible encumbrances, which may be useful in determining the value of the interest being sold.
 
Description of Property: The following Three (3) Lots will be sold together, in the aggregate:

1) Real Estate property located at 631 W Antonio St, Uvalde, TX 78801, consisting of Parcel APN 117361: Lot No. three(3), in BLOCK TWENTY-FOUR (24) of the H. Vanham Addition to the City of Uvalde, Uvalde County, Texas, according to the Plat thereof recorded on Vol. 1, Page 14 (Cabinet One, Slide 7-B), Plat Records of Uvalde County, Texas;

2) Real Estate property located at 631 W Antonio St, Uvalde, TX 78801 consisting of Parcel APN 16189: Lot No. four (4) of Block 24, H. VANHAM ADDITION TO NORTH UVALDE in the City of Uvalde, Uvalde County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 1, Page 14, (Cabinet One, Slide 7-B), Plat Recorded of Uvalde County, Texas;

3) Real Estate property located at 631 W Antonio St, Uvalde, TX 78801 consisting of Parcel APN 16190: Lot No. five (5) in Block Twenty Four (24) of the Vanham Addition to the City of Uvalde, Uvalde County, Texas, according to the Plat thereof recorded in the Plat Records of Uvalde County, Texas.

The Aggregate Minimum Bid for all three parcels is $42,432.00.

ALSO, SOLD SEPERATELY:

Real Estate property consists of native pasture land of 12.570 acres. General Warranty Deed, Document Number 2017002454 filed August 9, 2017, with Uvalde County Clerk.

The property (including any improvements): a survey of 12.570 acres of land situated about 33 miles N 32°W of Uvalde, in Uvalde County, Texas, out of Survey No. 581, Abstract No. 769, G.C. & S.F. RR. Co., original Grantee being a portion pf that certain 648.895 acre tract of land described in a Deed to Ruth to Ranch 2, LLC from the City of San Antonio, dated July 14, 2015, as recorded in instrument No. 2015002347 of the Official Records of Uvalde County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds on Exhibit ´A´ attached hereto.
